PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may arrange with the business office to have your bill paid each month by Auto debit via your:
1. Canadian Bank Account
2. Visa
3. Master Card

Telephone and internet banking are also an option. Your account number for this option is your 7 digit telephone number.

You may mail your payment to:

When mailing your payment please write the amount paid on the remittance slip and return it with your payment. Also include your phone number on your cheque. Place the payment and remittance stub in an envelope and please allow Canada Post sufficient time to deliver the payment prior to the due date of the bill.

WHAT IS NORTH FRONTENAC TELEPHONE COMPANY’S PREAUTHORIZED PAYMENT PLAN?
NFTC now offers you a convenient, time saving way of paying your monthly phone bill. With your pre-authorized payment plan, your payment will always be on time. Upon your authorization, we will automatically withdraw your payment from the Canadian Bank or Visa or MasterCard of your choice.

IT’S SIMPLE, FAST AND CONVENIENT!!!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The NFTC payment plan works the same way as your payments that are automatically withdrawn from your bank account for car loans, mortgages or insurance premiums.

ONCE YOU HAVE JOINED THE PLAN:
-The AMOUNT DUE on your monthly phone bill will be withdrawn automatically from your bank account each month.
-You will continue to receive your phone bill as usual, detailing all charges.
-The automatic withdrawal will be processed on the 25th day of the month.
-You may suspend your automatic withdrawal by calling (613)279-2193 immediately upon receiving your phone bill.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE PRE AUTHORIZED PAYMENT PLAN?
1. Complete and sign the pre authorized authorization form.
2. Attach an unsigned cheque marked VOID
3. Return the completed agreement and void cheque with your next phone bill payment or send in a separate envelope to the Sharbot Lake office.

Please be advised that you will be notified on your phone bill when your account has been switched to pre authorized payment. Please continue paying your phone bill until you receive this notification.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This pre authorized payment plan is for the convenience of the customer. The customer certifies that the information provided in the authorization is correct and that the customer will notify NFTC in the event of any changes.
The customer certifies that his/her bank account is in good standing with sufficient funds to cover pre authorized payments as they become due. If there is an insufficient amount of funds in your bank account a debit of $25.00 will be charged to your phone bill. All pre authorized payments will be drawn from Canadian Financial Institutions only and will be withdrawn in Canadian Funds.

CANCELLATION:
This agreement can be terminated upon written or verbal notification at any time by either the customer or NFTC. Upon termination, any AMOUNT DUE shall be paid directly to NFTC. Cancellation of pre-authorized payment does not constitute cancellation of service by NFTC and the customer shall be liable for any past, present, and future amounts owing.
